I have to reboot my x1 box daily

Everytime i power on my x1 box after it's been off for the night, I get a "preparing your channel line up" for about 10 minutes and then an error message RDK 03005, asking me to try restarting, which doesn't help.

I have to go onto the status troubleshooting page to reboot the box o order for it to work again. This happens everytime I power down the box and turn it back on. My question is, why do I have to do this? I dont want to leave my x1 box on all night, so turning it off should not cause a complete loss of connection. My wires and connections are fine. A tech had come by but didn't figure it out and I have been on the phone with them.

Any idea what this issue is?

Hi, Lauren! Thanks for sending us a direct message with your account information and for patiently waiting for a response. It is a pleasure to meet you. I am sorry to learn about this experience with the X1 set top box getting and stuck with those error messages. I never like experiencing issues when trying to watch my video service on my X1 set top box so I can understand the inconvenience that this can cause you. We can help! Let’s get this fixed as quickly as possible. What I would like to do from here is do some additional troubleshooting steps that may leave you with a service interruption for about 3 minutes. Would this be ok with you?
