I have no sound!

I have a 4K cable box and I turned it on this morning and there is no sound. I e tried messing with the settings, I’ve tried resetting through the a signal using the support function on the Xfinity website, I’ve done a hard reset by unplugging and plugging back in, and I’ve even switched the HDMI cable. None of this worked. 

I did discover that if I turn the volume all the way to its highest setting I can hear sound. Although it’s like it’s on a very low setting. 

It’s not a tv issue because the sound works on all other devices through the tv

Help!!!

Hello @Alexbans88 Thanks for reporting the audio trouble. I'm happy to help out in any way I can. Is the sound missing on all channels? For settings, do you have Set volume to optimal stereo to yes?
