I have an issue with tiling.
I have an issue with tiling. The site and app say everything is fine -- but it isn't. I've tightened everything, unplugged, reconnected the unit but I'm still having the tiling/pixelation problem. I've made an appointment with a tech, but do I have to pay for it?

Are you noticing this issue with all channels or just one? Regarding the tech visit, there's also always a chance there will be a charge to make repairs, but there's never a charge to fix any issues related to the Comcast network.
