I have (2) XG2v2-P Pace Model PX022ANM boxes from Comcast

I have (2) XG2v2-P Pace Model PX022ANM boxes from Comcast used on (2) non-smart TVs. One box has a blue lit stripe on the right side & the other does not. Power settings are the same on both. After 4 hours of being on the one without the blue light asks me if I am awake. This is annoying. Do I need to replace the box?

@manville38 Thanks for the post! The question the cable box is asking doesn't mean there is an issue with it but you can adjust the power settings. This link can help: https://comca.st/3lXE7RI.

ComcastJodie Does not matter whether the power saving is ON or OFF because I still get the same message "are you still there? after being on the same channel for 4 hours. I have tried both settings multiple times.

@manville38 on which device? is this a stream device or an X1? Could that be your TV's menu? test by using tv remote to answer the question next time.
