I dont have Restart on TV programs anymore?

I seemed to have lost Restart on my info tab to restart movies or programs.  I heard it went away if you dont have DVR service. I can still record so I assume I have DVR.  What happened?

restart is to restart a already made recording. You can select episodes and find out if the program is available on-demand.
