I changed the batteries in my remote, but the "replace battery" message remains...

Any idea how to clear it? For the record, I bought a brand new box of Ray-O-Vacs and put two brand new ones into the remote, and still, the warning message appears in the top right corner every minute or two.

Go to remote settings and look at the percentage of battery you have left. If it is more than 20 per cent I would make sure my remote is correctly paired to my box and then I would refresh my box. If all that doesn’t work have Comcast refresh your box or exchange it.

Thanks! I'll refresh by box now and let you know if that worked.

Darn...sadly, didn't work. :-(

I'll contact Comcast - thanks!

Hello, @! Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. It sounds like we have a pairing issue between the Remote, and TV box. Depending on which remote you have, there are a few steps that we may be able to take to get this resolved. Or we can get a replacement sent out to you.
