I can't login to see my acct with the charges

How can I log in to see my charges?  It keeps saying 400 bad request.

You can often clear that error my deleting your browser's cache and cookies. See https://www.xfinity.com/search?q=cache+and+cookies. Or by logging in to the page with Private Browsing or Incognito mode.
