I can’t delete programs from my DVR
I’ve tried to do a DVR sync but I still can’t delete a program Blue Bloods this is CBS on demand. Why isn’t Xfinity helping us with this?

Xfinity explained to me that because it’s on demand it’s not a recording and that’s why you can’t delete it. It just shows up as an on demand recently viewed and I guess it just scrolls and eventually drops off as you watch more on demand programs.

it also does not take up space on your recorded programs.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
