I cannot change the Input on my Hisense Series A65H TV with my Infinity XR11 remote!!!
I've tried several several unsuccessful "fixes"! And after reading a similar post in this very forum from 9 months ago w/o an answer, I'm wondering if this just a design flaw that I'm stuck with & nothing can be done?!? Hopefully someone will prove me wrong!
For the record, I’ve successfully paired the remote to control TV power and volume but…
when I push the “TV Input” button on the XR11 remote, the input menu comes up on the TV screen and then nothing else! In fact I can't even get out of the menu! I have to turn the TV on & off again to clear the Input menu!
I've pushed the input button twice (multiple times in fact!) & even tried using the arrow up & down/forward & back buttons to no avail!
Please help!!!

Good evening @Mlburns1. Thank you for being so patient and reaching out to our team of experts here on our Community Forums page. I am sad to read you are having issues with the TV input on the XR11 remote. We can troubleshoot the issue further from our end. Another option would be to replace the remote with one of our XR15 remotes. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. :)

You are very welcome. We can definitely send you out another receiver as well if you would like. However, if easier you can always bring your current box and the remote to one of our amazing Xfinity locations and swap it out there. You can use this helpful link; https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q=Chicago%2C+IL%2C+USA to locate one of our awesome stores that is closest to you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. :)

I'm sorry but the input button will only work on some TV's. repetitive pressing of the input button on many TVs will move the input cursor to other inputs but IF the TV requires use of an OK button on its own remote then the X1 remotes will not work to set the input on your particular TV. note that some TVs will 'activate' the scrolled to input after some few seconds but most do not.
