Hulu mistakenly says "free" on X1 menu

I have temporarily cancelled my Hulu subscription through Xfinity but all of the Hulu movies still show up as "free" when going through the Xfinity movie menu. (When I click the "free" movie it then says I must subscribe to Hulu in order to watch it.) Is there any way to remove this false "free" ? It is extremely annoying.

It's been about 9 days. This happened once before and it never cleared up but that time I ended up getting Hulu again after a few weeks.

Thank you for that feedback, @user_51a515, I can definitely see how confusing that would be. Have you attempted any basic troubleshooting steps to refresh the cable box itself?

Yes, I did that but it didn't help. It's been over 2 weeks now.

I have a similar issue with HBO Max. Shows from there still show free, even though I let my subscription expire and the app isn't even logged in anymore.
