HULU App not showing Add-Ons

Until recently, I have been able to watch my Hulu add-on STARZ through the X1 Hulu App on my TV. However, now the STARZ add-on does not appear. It is however on my Hulu Phone App.

I am having the same issue. Added STARZ to my Hulu subscription on 4.13.20, Showtime on 5.3.20 and neither one appears when I use the new X1 Hulu app on my TV. I have a Samsung Smart TV and when I access Hulu from the smart tv app the add-ons are there.  Don't really use the smart tv features and would definitely prefer access through the new Hulu app. Very frustrating.

when you are connected to the Starz app on the X1, Starz determines what you can see, it is just an internet connection. there might be a restriction to using those services via the Flex box.

My issue is with the new Hulu app on X1 not the STARZ app.

As I said, I updated my Hulu subscription with Showtime and STARZ add-ons but they are not appearing when I use the Xfinity Hulu app.

It’s probably part of the agreement between Hulu and Comcast. When something like that happens, it’s not by mistake

adding... you might be able to contact hulu and ask how to use your sub on the stand alone starz/showtime apps.
