How to tell how many DVR Cloud recording hours are available
It seems that the DVR % full isn't nearly as useful as knowing the number of cloud hours left. But where is that information (cloud hours used/available) found?

Hello @user_06f18c. That's a great question. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for customers to view the number of cloud hours available, however, an agent can access and verify this information on our end. I'd be happy to review your account and let you know what I see on my end. Can you please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support"? You can do this by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
