How to sync voice with picture

When watching Days of our Lives on Peacock, about half-way through the program the voice and picture go out of sync. How do I fix this?

To get sound and picture in sync, you can try these steps:
  • Check your TV's audio settings: Go to your TV's audio settings, which can usually be found under Settings or Sound Settings. Look for options labeled Audio Sync, Audio Delay, or similar. You can use a slider or manual entry to adjust the audio timing.

  • Check your external devices: Make sure all cables are securely connected. If you're using an external device, a bad connection can cause an audio delay.
  • Update your TV's software: Make sure your TV has the latest system software installed.
  • Try a different video source: Try playing a different video source to see if the issue occurs.
  • Power reset your TV: Try performing a power reset on your TV.

If you're still having trouble, you might need to service your device.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_9u49bt! Thank you for sharing those helpful tips @MikeB39A! Have you noticed if this happens on multiple episodes of Days of our lives? Does it happen on any other shows or movies on Peacock?

Only on Days of our Lives. We watched the Jackel and it was fine.

@user_9u49bt When the audio / video are out of sync have you tried to exit the show and resume it to see if that corrects the issue? I will check the asset as well. Which episode were you watching?

@XfinityAldrik I have similar issue watching Grey's Anatomy.  There are multiple choices to view.  Some 60 minutes, one 43 minutes.  When using long option (includes commercials) voice remains in synchronization.  When using 43 minutes option (no commercials) voice stays in sych until the first break (skip over commercials) and then is out of synchronization.  Eliminating commercials seems to introduce the problem.

JMWilton, thank you for letting us know you see similar issues as well. I appreciate you providing us with more details about what happens on your end. Does this only occur with Grey's Anatomy or any title you select to skip over commercials?
