How to reset xi6 through Xfinity app?
I have an older xi6-A streaming box that occasionally, once a month or so, stops sending streaming video through its hdmi. I follow the Xfinity app advice to reboot by removing power for ten seconds; then it produces the “Welcome” screen for a few seconds then power light goes off and no video. In past I would reset through the Xfinity app and in a few minutes the video returns and streaming is normal.
today I go to the Xfinity app and the app says I can reset my box via the app but it does not show a way to do that no matter what page I look. Best I can get is the “chat AI robot” to tell me to power off and on which doesn’t work.
how do I reset my streaming service?

Good evening @user_ed4veu, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums regarding your Xi6 equipment concerns-we appreciate you contacting us. Have you had a chance to power cycle the device by unplugging it for about 10 seconds and then plugging it back in to trigger a restart?
