How to order an Xi6 wireless box?

Hello,

I've tried twice to chat with an agent to have them send me an Xi6 wireless 4K box, and the first time they sent me wired boxes and the second time they tried to send another wired box before I caught it.  The Xfinity stores around me are out of stock.  How do I order an Xi6?

Hi, we can help with your Xi6 box which is our  wireless 4K X1 TV Boxes that let Xfinity X1 customers watch live TV without needing a coaxial cable connection using WiFi.  You must have Xfinity TV and Xfinity Internet service with an Xfinity Wireless Gateway. 

 

If you have the following please send us a private message. 

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 
   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
 
   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
 
   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
 
   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 
   Press Enter to send it.
