How to order a wireless set top box online?

I have scoured the website for how to simply order and add an add'l wireless set top box to my account.  The AskXfinity chat is not helpful, only wants to upgrade my modem.  The local stores do not have any wireless boxes in stock and suggested I order online.  Help please?

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Welcome to the community @user_d27558. I appreciate your interest in our wireless boxes. They are awesome and certainly convenient. Due to limited supply for these boxes, we do have a strict guidelines to determine who is eligible for one. The boxes can’t be ordered through the online system, however our team can order the boxes for customers.

 

Before we proceed, I just want to make sure you fit all the requirements. Xi6 TV Boxes (wireless boxes) are limited to 4K requests for customers with a 4K TV only. Do you have a 4K TV? Customers must have an eligible Xfinity rental modem or a purchased modem/router that is compatible. If you have a purchased (customer owned) modem/router, you must be upgrading from Flex to receive an Xi6 box. What type of modem do you have? Do you rent a modem from us? I understand you mentioned above that the agent wanted to upgrade your modem. Please keep in mind, this step may be necessary in order to get you the wireless box.
