how to find sap icon
On sports broadcasts, the audio is always in spanish. I learned that there is supposed to be a SAP icon that allows me to turn off secondary languages like Spanish. I cannot find that icon, and any instructions I've read direct me to use my remote to find the icon. None of those instructions match up with the buttons on my remote. On the back side of the remote its says XR5 v4.R. Please help.

Go into Audio Settings on the box and click the option to reset SAP settings to default. This should clear everything back to English.
Alternatively, press the down arrow on your remote during the offending program. The SAP icon is below the play bar. Arrow over to it and press OK to change it.

If you have our X1 box you can follow these steps (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-audio-output)
For a non x1 box: Select Main Menu. Using the right and down arrow buttons, navigate to Setup. Press OK on the remote keypad, and then select Guide Setup. Using the down arrow button, scroll down and select Text Language Setup.
