how to connect my cable box to my receiver with rca cables

I swapped out my cable box.  The new one does not have audio (red and white) ports to connect to my receiver.  Can I get an older model that does have these ports?

What receiver do you have that requires an old fashioned analog stereo input?  Does it not have HDMI or digital optical or coax connections?

I have a denon receiver I bought in May 2024.  It is a denon AVR X1800H. There is an HDMI connection between the receiver and the cable box.  do I need the rca cables additionally?  that is what I had before I changed out my comcast box (the one with no rca connections in the back).

HDMI from cable box to Denon.  2nd HDMI from Denon monitor out to TV.  Denon sends video to the TV and processes audio up to 5.1 itself.   No need for analog stereo connection for audio.
