How do I get the Correct X1 box?

I have a defective cable box Serial #: PAK..., been trying to replace it for 2 months now. Twice, they shipped the wrong model SERIAL #: PAM... What do I have to do to receive the PAK model???

Something that precise, you’d have better luck working with a tech/local store tracking down exactly what you need

How about flipping it over and/or identifying by model instead of type of serial? Is there a reason why you need a certain box type?

I have a defective full size X1 box Pace PX022ANM (XG2v2-P). The smaller v1 version does not have the analog and other connections I need for hearing assistive devices.
