how do I disable the "are you still there" pop up on my Xi6 boxes

I'm tuned into a college football game, and if I don't change the channel, after about 3 hours, this annoying message pops up.

This never happened with other boxes I had before. I don't see anything in the settings menu to make this 8 hours, or to turn it off. Caused me to miss an important late game play....infuriating.

Anyone know a work around?

@westwayneguy88888 Please go here (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-power-preferences) to view the power-saving features on your TV Boxes. The maximum amount of time you can set it for is 5-hours, if there is no activity after that 5-hour mark, your TV Box will shift to screensaver mode.

I have it at 5 hours, yet i get the "are you still there" before the 4 hour mark is reached
