I have a similar issue. I have set season recordings for sports teams and added 1 1/2 hours to the recording length. There are times when I do not want this extra time on a particular game; however, going in and modifying that particular game recording to eliminate the extra time may confirm on screen but will not change in the scheduled recordings list. It will remain at 1 1/2 extra hours thus interfering with other shows you may want to record. The reality is that it will still record the 1 1/2 hours even though you have modified it.
