How do i change the name on a cable box?

Hi... In my list of devices names .when I go to Saved/Recordings/ Devices List.. there are 3 listed.

I only have 2 correct Devices ( Porch and My Den ) I have named for my devices.

But the 3rd one ( Den ) on the list is Not mine, (I do not have a 3rd device).

I would like to delete   Den , but I can not see How to do this from the Settings name page you have

listed in Xfinity, where you can choose a name. This 3rd device name (Den) is also

in the Xfinity name list to choose a name from, but I don't know how to remove it from there either,

Where can I edit my list so Den can be removed from MY list when I go to  Saved/Recordings/ Devices List.

You can only edit names associated with your account and at the device level.  You’ll need to contact support to have it removed, it can not be done from the TV or online.  

Sometimes after a device swap the device name is still associated with the account .

I think that is what happened, previously I did have plain den as a device - too bad 

the device Names don't disappear with the devices.
