How can I stop the power saver and nap mode from turning the tv off?

Turned off power saver and set the screen saver to 5 hours

Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand wanting more control over your viewing experience. While the Xfinity screensaver cannot be completely disabled, I’m happy to help with any available settings or options.

@XfinityOrlandoM As many complaints about the tv not staying on for more than 4 hours, I would think Xfinity would listen to their customers and change the software so the tv could stay on indefinitely

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate it and understand how important it is to have a viewing experience that works the way you expect.

This feature is designed to help save power while maintaining a reliable Xfinity viewing experience. We truly value your input, as it helps us continue improving the experience for our customers. Your TV will stay on longer than four hours when there is remote activity.

The screensaver is designed to save power when you are not actively watching TV. If there is no remote activity, such as changing channels, for five hours, the TV will enter power saver mode.
