Household update
Internet sketchy causing problethis is becoming a multiple timems with streamed videos, prime, hbo etc. And also on computer
When I reset modem, Ialways get caught in household update. This can be at anytime during day. At times internet comes up with a weak signal and other times it's medium signal.
This happens everyday now, and multiple times a day.

This happens to a lot of people and I am one of them some people's programs come back eventually bit mine doesn't it stays until I unplug the box then turn it back on. It is NOT the regular daily update xfinity wants you to believe it is, it's a bug somewhere. It only happens to the box in my bedroom
