Horrible company
Problems very frequently. This problem is that when I record a program, it cuts off about a minute before the video ends!! How do you fix this extremely annoying problem??

user_a8a9a3 we will always do everything possible to help you, and we can take the right actions to get your DVR working correctly. Are you able to let us know if this glitch is happening while using the Xfinity Stream app or while using an X1 box?
Something I always recommend is using the Xfinity Assistant. It uses several resources to diagnose and fix issues. You can use this link or the chat icon from the Xfinity app to use it. It works great and can save time.
