Hisense Smart Fire TV (58U6HF, 2022 Model) not Syncing Properly with X15 Remote

Good evening everyone, I recently purchased a Hisense 58-inch ULED U6 Series Quantum Dot LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV (58U6HF, 2022 Model) from Amazon and I cannot get the AUDIO to work on the remote. I've tried the codes listed online to no avail. 

Does anyone knows the correct code or should I return the TV as there is nothing that can be done to fix the volume issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am showing the following codes are available to try to pair your remote: 12183, 10178, 12098, 11314, 11756, 11660, 13382, 13118, 10748, 12731, and 12296. Were those all of the ones you tried already? 

If they are, do you have another remote you could try pair so we can see if it's a remote issue?

@XfinityJessicaA​ Hi Jessica, thanks for your help. I have changed the remote, followed the instructions, and input all the codes, but the volume doesn't work. A few of the codes allowed me to turn off the TV but not change the volume.

Xfinity support could not give me the answer...but Google did.  Try code 11524 for your 58U6HF
