Help with TV Quality....

I need someone to contact me about the quality of my TV service/display.  I'm paying for 4K but I'm sure not getting it.

user_vz4wsw Thank you so much for reaching out to us here today with your concerns about your television reception. To make sure your box is set to 2160 resolution (4K), say “device settings” into your X1 voice remote and from there select “video display. Once set up you can use your Xfinity Voice Remote to say "4K" (or search "4K") to be taken to a 4K UHD landing page that displays all 4K programming available. Please let me know if that does not resolve your issue.

Was already on those settings.  Tech came out and fixed a few things, but still no 4K on set.  He told me that I'd *NEVER* get 4K via the cable - only via streaming.  Thoughts??

Hello @user_vz4wsw, 4K is limited, but not just to streaming. It does depend on the show, but if it is available in 4 K, and you have a 4 K box and TV, then it should work for you.  When you search for 4 K channels, do any populate for you?
