help with service

there was a power outage and i cannot get my 2 separate little wireless cable boxes to reconnect to the TV. Need help ASAP

We appreciate the chance to help out, user_lczr92! Have you tested other outlets to see if the cable boxes indicate they are receiving power? Checking your circuit breaker is another thing I'd recommend trying after the power is back on. I know sometimes flipping the switches in the breaker can kick things back on after the power goes out. If the issue persists please let us know, and we can take a closer look at your account, and also schedule an expert Xfinity technician if needed.
