help with remote set up

new TCL tv my Xfinity remote will not pair I see there are additional codes to try but how do I do a manual setup?

I can share some instructions on resetting the remote to factory allowing you to repair with your TV box and TV simultaneously.

Thank you It has power button top right with channel up and down right below it, tv input top left with volume button below that. Raised triangular looking feature in center with circular (OK) button in center, blue voice remote button below that

user_yucgq6, you're welcome. Ok, sounds amazing. Based on your description, I think I know which one you have. Let's try this. Press and hold the [XFINITY} + the ( i ) button at the same time for maybe 5 seconds. The light on the remote should be green. When you see green, that means it's in discovery mode and attempting to connect. Make sure your TV box is also pointing towards you/the remote so it can detect that it's partner is trying to connect. Let me know what happens.
