Help with outages at my home every week

Every week I have a service outage at my home. My Tv and Wifi, even when there is no outage in the area. I am paying for service that I can't enjoy. Something needs to be done. I have been a customer of Comcast-Xfinity since they came to Chlicago in the 70's. Help me
