Help, frozen screen
During setup of new X1 box, pairing was supposed to happen by pushing voice button. Now frozen on that voice guidance screen and remote has no function after chat tech had me do 9-8-1 reset.

@Rocky9, Please let us know if you still need assistance. In most cases, resetting the box does the trick. Unplug it from the power source, and wait 15 seconds to plug it back in. You can also use the A button on your remote, or the Xfinity app to run through some troubleshooting steps.
