Heavy Pixelation on Live Tv only .. can stream and on demand fine

Hi .. 

Just started happening .. bad pixelation on tv sets ok on stream or on demand .. ?? We hooked in Netflix yesterday and it worked fine .. now today all live TV broadcasts are heavily pixelated on all tvs ?? 

What could be causing the problem ?? Should I take my DVR box in ??

As a added note there have been filters changed out on the outside in a box on my home ... was outside about 1 week ago and found a filter cut off and put ontop of the box with the box open ??

It’s most likely a signal issue, that you’ll need a tech out to troubleshoot

Not certain it was a filter ... was a connected piece that was tossed out as garbage so I can not be sure what occurred .. went outside again, it appears it was on the telephone box ..  Any suggestions on how to get TV programming working again would be truly appreciated ..  Is it possible that the MoCa filter went bad ?
