HD channels not available

HD channels were fine today, then images became blurry off and on.  Error message xre 03059 appeared and said channel temp unavailable.  Non HD channels are fine.  Tried sys refresh and problem persists, so called xfinity cust service who eventually said I need to exchange my cable box and recommended going to a local xfinity store.  It sounds strange if a cable box is bad that it would only affect HD channels.  Suggestions?

Hi, @user_08c869 Thank you for creating this post. I'm sure it's been confusing to see this randomly start to occur. I think I would be a little perplexed as well. I see you tried a few troubleshooting steps with our team, and it was suggested the box be replaced. Typically, this issue can stem from issues with the levels at the home, but I can see things look solid at the moment. Does this occur with every single HD channel, or only some you attempt to access? Is it constant, or does it happen randomly?

@XfinityVianney​ Thank you for responding. The issue was with all hd channels I tried, however today they are fine so I did not replace the x1 box.

My X1 box started working properly in the last hour after behaving weirdly starting yesterday on most channels.  Comcast was useless yesterday it

n their suggested fixes.

@user_08c869 I'm glad to hear that things are fine today. I'm happy that you now have access to your HD channels. Besides the sudden hiccup, have you been experiencing any other issues with your equipment or service?

@XfinityVianney​ Last night there were a few moments when video quality became blurry again, but it was brief and has not recurred.  Otherwise, no other issues.  Thanks.
