Is your internet connection "bad" or is it just the cable service that doesn't seem to be working properly? Is this an intermittent issue, or constant? Is one channel or more than one channel pixelated? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve this so far? I’m having a similar issue, just starting to troubleshoot. I have the commscope Csapdu5vp amplifier. I see there is a 5vpi out. Is this the same or maybe an updated version?
