HBOMAX 'reduced rate subscription'

I did a HBOMAX 'reduced rate subscription' 10 days ago! How do I get access to HBOMAX using my XG1V4? I hadn't had HBO for many years and thought I'd sieze the oportunity. The XG1V4 does a good job it seems in the Streamin Apps so I thought I'd like to mix the HBOMAX into the Xfinity device. 

 

I didn't tag mine onto either of the other threads becaiuse I don't believe either of them apply to my set of circumstances. I can't call - I don't speak!! I'd like a Xfinity 'Official Representative' address my issue.

Follow this thread, it was updated by an Official Employee. Access to mobile now and X1 and Flex devices further down the road, no time frame

I'd appreciate a responce by someone 'other than' a retired employee that apparently can't read!!! I explained WHY I didn't tag my inquiry to any others. 

 

Comcast/Xfinity 'current employee' that undersatands my question consider a response please. If you need to email or PM fine I get that!!

 

I DO NOT SPEAK - I need email/TEXT or whatever to comunicate!!

 

I'm a PAID HBOMAX SUBSCRIBER with a 12 MO price agreement with HBOMAX 'directly'. I'd just like the convenience of using my XG1V4 vs my other 'streaming devices' for content!!! I'm quite pleased with the 'streaming performance' of the XG1V4 - I'd maybe like to add to services!!!

If you follow the link posted above it explains it will be a little while before the HBO MAX apps appears on the X1 boxes. For now, mobile access is it

Did you ever get a helful answer either on here or somplace else.  I am having that same issue I am a new Xfity customer I also signed up for HBO max at 11.99 beforehand and not knowing my new Roku doesn't support HBOmax either.  Frustratig
