HBO Max suddenly cancelled

Signed a new contract for a year on Friday with same premium subscription channels HBO/hbomax showtime paramount + & a couple of others, we got rid of cable phone but still have their internet service &  much all channels 185 been customer for 15 years but now as of Sunday no longer have hbo max after previous agent said we would.
