Have to log in to Apple TV plus every time
We don't log onto Apple TV Plus very often, but every time we do through X1, we have to relog in. It is a [Edited: Language], and frankly, not within everyone in the household's capability to figure out.
Have not noticed it or had any other issues with other streaming apps.
Are we doing something when we leave the app? Do we need to log in more frequently? Reset something?

I have the same problem..If I don't use Apple TV + for about a week, I have to log in again.
I have 4 other streaming services and that never happens.

Hey, user_e9elm5 and @tbill1! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. I know it can be frustrating needing to log into apps when you are trying to just use them quickly. There was a known issue a while back where the Xfinity Stream app would log people out completely every time they exited the app. Have you tested the app where you log out and then try to open it up again to see if you need to log in again? Have you tried it within 24 hours?
