Guide does not speak channel names

For their accessibility feature, it seems they never got a sight impaired person older person to try it and test it. My elderly mom can barely see. She cannot read the channel names, even though we have large text enabled. For one thing, they all have multi-colored icons that make it hard to read the name. The guide speaks the program names to her, but does NOT speak the channel name. If you navigate left (to the column of channels), it speaks some channel names clearly (CBS, CNN), others it speaks a 3 letter abbreviation (like for the History channel it says "H - S - Y" or something meaningless to her like that. It also speaks the channel number, again meaningless to her.

Thank you for reaching out here @user_c4q6f1, and for your feedback on that service. I will be happy to share that with the proper channels. You can also reach out to the accessibility team at the https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/ site to share that as well.
