Good morning user_rwtnu6! I'm so sorry to read that the channel went green on you while trying to enjoy a wonderful evening on Valentine's night. I know this would cause an issue at any time but especially when you are trying to enjoy a relaxing evening at home. Are any channels having the same issue now? (Edit: Grammar) I would love to help if you are still having trouble. I’m sorry I was not able to assist you immediately when this started. We had trouble with the picture like this before, but I think it went blank and found that the HDMI cable was loose to the cable box. I was happy that was an easy fix.
