Glitchy cloud DVR recordings on certain MSP local channels

For several months, I have been experiencing glitchy cloud DVR recordings on certain local channels in the Minneapolis - St. Paul market.  These recordings have occasional audio dropouts and visible artifacting of the picture.  The channels affected are TPT2 (KTCA-DT, Comcast 802) and CW23 (WUCW-DT, Comcast 808).  Other local MSP channels don't seem to have this problem, or at least it's much less frequent.  And I don't experience the same glitchiness when watching these channels live; it's only with the cloud DVR recordings.

An update...

After monitoring my cloud DVR recordings over the last week, it seems that the problems I described have resolved themselves.  I did, however, have a recording on a completely different local channel that was somewhat glitchy, with frequent pixelation but no audio dropouts.  I will continue to monitor my recordings to see if there are any patterns or ongoing problems.
