I need some more information so I can best help. Are you using a TV box or the Xfinity Stream app? Do you notice then when watching Live TV, DVR, or On Demand?
We recommend resetting the device and trying the program again.
If you have a TV box, send a system refresh signal. You can say system refresh to the voice remote to bring up the option.
