glitching tv images

There was a Xfinity/Comcast contractor working on our street about 2 weeks ago.  We even go a message from Xfinity that work would be taking place and to expect an outage.  Ever since we along with our neighbors have been experiencing glitchy tv images on all channels.  You customer service is impossible to communicate with.  We have done all the troubleshooting, but it is not an issue with our individual units - it is something else that the contactor did.  Can you have someone look into it?

Troubleshooting your video service using the Xfinity app
Open the Xfinity app.
Tap the Services tab.
Tap Troubleshoot TV issues.
Tap the applicable option to start troubleshooting.
If any issues arise, a technician may be scheduled for you.
