Fuzzy TV channels after all support suggestions tried

There were multiple outages over the last two weeks.  Although xfinity says it is completely resolved, both of our TVs still have fuzzy channels making it difficult to watch.  All suggestions from support have been tried. Multiple refreshes manually, with the app, and on the TV.  It seems they may not have fixed the lines properly.  How do I get this resolved?

user_s1rikb, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Have you tried the self-service options? You can troubleshoot using the Xfinity app. If you have gone through all of that, and still have issues, 

 send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) 

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send your message
