Frequent Pixelization

I have had 4 service visits in the last 4 weeks to fix the pixelation problem, the pixelization occurs on all of my TV boxes. The last service visit was yesterday 2/2. I still have the problem. There can only be two solutions left since they have replaced all the external wiring on the house including the 3 way splitter.  The need to replace the drop or fix the system. I'm leaning towards the system since one of the service techs mention others on my block are having the same issue.

i need some closure to this issue, I'm tired of spending hours on the phone with the tech support. I'm on the verge of cancelling the TV service.

Update 

Since the forth service visit the pixelization has gotten worse. There is absolutely no excuse for this! 


I switched one of boxes to wireless and is hard wired to my network. Still have some minor pixelization.
