Frequent outages

Over the pass 60 days I’ve experienced at least 5 outages to my tv and internet services. It is becoming to the point where I’m unable to enjoy my services completely. I have been giving no information on the matter other thank it’s a network repair and when the service is back up via text. This is getting to the point where I am dissatisfied with the service I’m being provided.

@user_5yw64m They give you like, $5 for being out for a day. It's not even worth the effort
