freezing, pixelated pictures, and loss of sound.

I am reaching out for help with a persistent Xfinity TV service issue that has not been resolved despite multiple technician visits and extensive troubleshooting through chat and phone support. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this without success.

For at long time I have had this problem and finally just had enough..  My TV service has suffered from freezing, pixelated pictures, and loss of sound. The issue occurs intermittently but frequently enough to make watching television extremely frustrating.

Two technicians have already visited my home.  The first technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem as my modem. Following chat support’s recommendation, I obtained a new Xfinity modem, which was supposed to resolve all issues. Unfortunately, the problem persists exactly as before. What do I do next to get the quality of reception that I am paying for.  

Xfinity help keeps doing the same thing over and over with no improvement and a huge waste of my time.

I am sorry to hear of this issue @cljdw1 I know I would be upset if that was happening to my TV services. Are you by chance using a splitter?

I don't check my @comcast.net email much.  to follow up on this matter.  Can i change my e-mail address so i can track this better and how  do i get replies to go to another e-mail account.  Thank you

My issue was not resolved.  My cable watching experience is a it and miss experience. I am still suffering from freezing, pixelated pictures, and loss of sound.   I don't know what to do after changing to new modem and reaching out repeatedly ton customer service and techs to the home.  I want to get the service I am paying for and the chance to sit back and enjoy my tv programs.  HELP!!!

My issue was not resolved.  My cable watching experience is a hit and miss experience. I am still suffering from freezing, pixelated pictures, and loss of sound.   I don't know what to do after changing to new modem and reaching out repeatedly to customer service and techs to the home.  I want to get the service I am paying for and the chance to sit back and enjoy my tv programs.  HELP!!!  I have spent hours on chat and the phone and now have to monitor this site to see if with any luck there might be a solution to this mess.
