Freezing of cable box

I've rebooted my box 4 times and I still get occasional freezing of video and audio. Do I need a new box?

It's possible that a simple replacement will resolve this for you, but our team is also happy to troubleshoot with you here in case it can be remotely fixed! To confirm, have you attempted any other troubleshooting through the Xfinity app, too?
