And likewise, I've had the same problem, since May 6th. Called support and nothing they proposed has solved the issue. They had me go to my local Comcast store to get a new Flex box, new modem, etc. And I still get the message: TransGaming Portal Unavailable, error: apps-04035. The only temporary fix is to go to within your Flex box: Settings, Privacy, Clear Local Data. But, to forewarn you, it erases all your gaming progress. And even after I've done that, several days later, I get the same message: TransGaming Portal Unvavailable.

I have the same WPT app on x1. I get the usual "enterlng third party site" then permanent black screen. I reset my x1 tv box to no avail . All other apps work, but not WPT. This occurred last year for at least 2 weeks, I kept trying it and eventually came back where my game was at the level it had stopped on. It's 10 days since it stopped loading, and is not an app I can uninstall and reinstall. 

From what I read in Forum there's no fix. It took me a long fun time to get to my high level and the thought of going back to game 1 bums me out, so I will wait patiently. 

I was at 280. Sesions and now today May 18 back to ZERO . If someone finds a method of RETURNING TO PREVIOUS PLEASE CONTACT ME [Edited: "Personal Information"]
