Fraudulent Xfinity Store

I went to the Kennesaw Xfinity store just to swap out one of my cable boxes and was told I needed to have my account closed and start a new account from scratch because my initial order for cable was completed online.

This sounded ridiculous but multiple employees were confirming it needed to be done. It appears they opened multiple accounts against my address and I have the account statements with the made up names to prove it. 
The sales person (I believe the lead sale person) even had the nerve to lie and say I didn’t need to return the cable boxes I had from my online order, basically I could just throw them away. 
Bottom line, I’m just waiting for the charges for these fake accounts to hit my credit card and I will be seeking legal action as I’m positive this is wide spread and ideal for a class action lawsuit.
