Fox News has NO AUDIO on both of my X1 cable boxes

Fox News has NO AUDIO on both of my X1 cable boxes

I have picture but absolutely no sound on Fox News on BOTH of my X1 boxes.

Every other cable channel has normal sound.

Fox News DOES have sound when I watch it through the Xfinity Stream app.

I have already:
• Restarted both X1 boxes
• Reset/restarted the equipment
• Verified the Fox News audio selection is English
• Changed HDMI Audio Output to Stereo
• Confirmed the problem remains on both X1 boxes

This therefore appears to be isolated to the Fox News linear cable-TV feed delivered to X1 boxes, rather than a problem with my TVs, HDMI connection, or an individual X1 box.

Please have an Xfinity employee check whether there is a known Fox News audio-feed/channel issue in my area and escalate this to the appropriate video/network team if necessary.

I do NOT need additional box-restart troubleshooting; both boxes have already been tested and have the identical problem.
